YOGA

Yoga, as a tool for deep body awareness and psycho-physical well-being, is an invaluable opportunity for self-care, especially for teachers. Thanks to the practice of yoga, it is possible to refocus on oneself, recognise tensions and let them go, dedicating a space and time to taking care of one's body and mind. Having the opportunity to do this as soon as working hours are over and without having to move specially allows one to live the rest of the day with greater energy and serenity.
